It is easy to come on board with Swinging Tails.  There are some very important steps that are involved in the process.  We do our best to simplify and expedite the process.

 

 

 

We Want to Meet You and Your Pet

 

We may have already met you in the original discussions over your needs and our services.  But the most important part of the process is meeting your pet.  So we take extra time to make an arrangement to meet your pup at home or in the park or visit your cat at home.   We want to make sure your pet is comfortable with us and that we are comfortable working with your pet.

 

Completing the Client Profile

 

 

Our Client Profile form must be completed before we move forward because it has very important information about you, your pet and can be easily begun online.   During our Get Acquainted meeting, we will also ask you about Pet Instructions and Important Emergency Information.  There will be contracts and appropriate documents to complete the process which is done at the Get Acquainted session wherever possible.  Of course, please keep us up to date on any changes.
